Interra Digital Health

Interra Networks builds and operates the digital health infrastructure behind Nigeria's public health programmes. For over a decade we have run national-scale platforms that reach patients by voice, USSD, SMS and app, and connect them to the agencies and partners delivering their care.

Why Interra

An operator, not a vendor of pilots

We do not just build digital health tools, we run them at national scale, every day, on the infrastructure we own and operate. That operational track record is the difference between a demo and a service millions of people can rely on.

Proven operations

We operate a national contact centre and the platforms that sit on it, with the monitoring, uptime and support that public health programmes depend on around the clock.

Interoperable by design

Open APIs let our platforms exchange data two-way with national HMIS, DHIS2 and government registries, so a programme's data lives in its own systems, not locked inside ours.

Measurable delivery

Our work is counted in patients reached and outcomes tracked. MedAdher alone supports more than 100,000 TB and DR-TB patients with NTBLCP, KNCV, Johns Hopkins University and IHVN.

Reach that excludes no one

Voice, IVR, USSD, SMS, WhatsApp and app, in English, Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo and Pidgin. Care does not depend on owning a smartphone or buying data.

One access layer, many programmes

NDHAS lets a new hotline or programme launch on shared, already-running infrastructure, cutting the cost and time of starting up a national service from scratch.

Secure & compliant

Built to Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) standards, with encryption, access control and audit trails appropriate for sensitive health data.

The Access Layer

NDHAS: Interra's National Digital Health Access Service

NDHAS is our access layer. It unifies public health hotlines and citizen channels on the contact-centre infrastructure Interra already operates, so a citizen reaches one point of contact whichever health service they need, by voice, USSD, IVR or chat.

Underneath, NDHAS routes each citizen to the right platform and exchanges data two-way, through open APIs, with the government and partner systems already in place.

An Interra capability. NDHAS is a platform agencies adopt and brand for their programmes, not a separate government service. It is how we make one number, every health service, practical to run.

The Practice

A digital health practice, not a catalogue of apps

One access layer, a suite of platforms that turn a phone call into treatment, counselling or emergency care, and the operations to run them nationally. Each platform is proven in the field and connected to the rest.

Flagship Platform

MedAdher
